III.11.g.iii—List Removal Process
>Control Description
The Department will remove an organization from the Data Privacy Framework List for persistent failure to comply, including in response to any notification it receives of such noncompliance from the organization itself, a privacy self-regulatory body or another independent dispute resolution body, or a government body, but only after first providing the organization with 30 days' notice and an opportunity to respond17. Accordingly, the Data Privacy Framework List maintained by the Department will make clear which organizations are assured and which organizations are no longer assured of EU-U.S. DPF benefits.
