Change all default passwords on all devices, enforce a strong password policy and consider establishing other user account access control management measures to safeguard against malicious attempts such as brute force attacks, phishing, etc. Use multi-factor authentication or continuous authentication solutions, secured voice, video and text communications and secured emergency communication systems within the entity, where appropriate.
