>Control Description
DoD Component procures and implements an Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP). EPP should have the capabilities to use advanced analytics (e.g., artificial intelligence, behavioral detection, machine learning) to mitigate exploits (e.g., zero days, signatureless, fileless), provide Network Access Control, and protect against known and unknown threats. These solutions are orchestrated with the C2C or EDR solution for baseline status checks of signatures, updates, etc.
