Except as allowed by these regulations, a business must wait at least 12 months from the date the business receives the consumer’s request to opt-out of ADMT before asking a consumer who has exercised their right to opt-out of ADMT, to consent to the business’s use of the ADMT for which the consumer previously opted out.
